L'invention concerne un composant hybride destiné à des utilisations structurelles de poids léger, comprenant un élément en acier constitué d'un acier à haute résistance mécanique; et d'un élément d'accouplement coulé, coulé sur une partie de l'élément en acier, par le coulage "sur place" d'un aluminium semi-solide autour d'une partie de l'élément en acier, ce qui permet de fixer solidement et de manière rigide l'élément d'accouplement sur l'élément en acier.
