The invention pertains to a hybrid roof covering element comprising a flexible thin film solar cell sheet having a heat capacity of less than 3,5 kJ/m2K, preferably less than 600 J/m2K. Preferably, the flexible thin film solar cell sheet has a response speed, defined as the change in temperature per unit of time per change in net flux, of more than 5,7*10~-4 K/W, preferably more than 11*10~-4 K/W. The use of a thin film solar cell sheet having such a low heat capacity makes it possible to obtain a hybrid roof covering element with a high response speed. Thin film solar cell sheets manufactured by means of a roll-to-roll process, more particularly a roll-to-roll process in which a temporary substrate is employed, are preferred for use in the hybrid roof covering element according to the invention.
La présente invention concerne un élément de couverture hybride qui comprend une feuille de cellules solaires en film mince et souple et dont la capacité calorifique est inférieure à 3,5 KJ/m?2¿K, et de préférence inférieure à 600 J/m?2¿K. cette feuille de cellules solaires en film mince et souple possède de préférence une vitesse de réaction, définie comme le changement de température enregistré par unité de temps pour un changement de flux net, supérieur à 5,7*10^-4 K/W, de préférence supérieur à 11*10^-4 K/W. l'utilisation d'une feuille de cellules solaires en film mince et souple à faible capacité calorifique permet d'obtenir un élément de couverture hybride à haute vitesse de réaction. On fabrique des feuilles de cellules solaires en film mince par un processus de bobine à bobine, plus particulièrement par un processus de bobine à bobine dans lequel on utilise un substrat provisoire, ces processus étant préférés pour la fabrication de cet élément de couverture hybride.
