An implantable vascular graft (10) includes an outer tube structure (12) formed of a textile material, and an inner tube structure (20) formed of a non- textile material. The inner tube structure is within the outer tube structure in coaxial relation therewith. One or both of the outer and inner tube structures have deformable reinforced portions (44) incorporated therein. The deformable reinforced portions provide for conforman.sigma.e of the associated one or both of the outer and inner tube structures to a vessel of a patient. An implantable laminate prosthesis includes a first layer structure formed of textile material, and a second layer structure formed of non-textile material. The first and second layer structures are secured together in laminating relation. The first or second layer structure has a reinforced portion.

L'invention concerne un implant vasculaire (10) qui comprend une structure tubulaire externe (12) formée d'un matériau textile, et une structure tubulaire interne (20) formée d'un matériau non textile. La structure tubulaire interne est placée à l'intérieur de la structure tubulaire externe, coaxialement à celle-ci. La structure tubulaire interne et/ou la structure tubulaire externe comprennent des parties (44) renforcées déformables incorporées à la structure. Ces parties renforcées déformables permettent à une ou aux deux structures tubulaires externes et internes de se conformer au vaisseau d'un patient. L'invention concerne également une prothèse stratifiée implantable, comprenant une première couche formée d'une structure en matériau textile, et une seconde couche formée d'une structure en matériau non textile. Les structures de la première et de la seconde couche sont assemblées de manière à former un stratifié. Les structures de la première ou de la seconde couche comportent une partie renforcée.
