A proBe for detecting a nucleic acid whereby a gene can be detected by a convenient procedure at a high sensitivity within a short period of time. This probe comprises a nucleic acid carrying a marker ejecting energy and an energy absorption material capable of absorbing the energy ejected from the marker, characterized in that the energy transfer from the marker to the energy absorption material is disturbed by the hybridization of the probe with the target nucleic acid.

La première invention concerne une sonde permettant de détecter un acide nucléique et par laquelle un gène peut être détecté par un procédé approprié à haute sensibilité et en peu de temps. Cette sonde comprend un acide nucléique portant un marqueur émettant de l'énergie et une matière absorbant la lumière pouvant absorber l'énergie émise par le marqueur. Cette sonde est caractérisée en ce que le transfert d'énergie du marqueur à la matière absorbant l'énergie est perturbé par l'hybridation de la sonde avec l'acide nucléique cible.
