Hydraulic assembly for controlling and driven of small hydraulic units, especially clutch and brake cylinders (551, 552) of a forestry winch (99), comprises at least a reservoir (510) for hydraulic media, a pump (500) for producing a required pressure of said hydraulic media as well as a control unit (550) consisting of a control valve 8555) as well as of at least one cylinder (551, 552). According to the invention a hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic assembly includes a piston pump (500), which is at the one hand via a non-return valve (540), which allows flowing in a direction away from the pump (500) but not also towards said pump (500), hydraulically connected with a control unit (550) and a reservoir (510 ) of hydraulic media, and on the other hand either via a switching valve (530) with integrated non-return valve (535), which allows flowing towards the pump (500) but not also in the opposite direction, in a serial manner into a hydraulic circuit together with a pressure storage tank (520) and the non-return valve (540), or by exceeding a pre-defined pressure by means of automatically shifting of the switching value (530) into a hydraulic circuit, which includes said pump (500), a switching valve (530), a control unit (550) and said non-return valve (540), which are hydraulically interconnected in a serial manner. Such assembly excels in extremely small overall dimensions, small quantity of a hydraulic fluid and low hydraulic loss.

L'invention concerne un ensemble hydraulique permettant l'entraînement et la commande de petits modules hydrauliques, en particulier des cylindres de frein et de débrayage (551, 552) d'un treuil forestier (99), comportant au moins un réservoir (510) pour fluide hydraulique, une pompe (500) permettant de produire une pression souhaitée dudit fluide hydraulique ainsi qu'un module de commande (550) constitué d'une soupape de commande (555) ainsi que d'au moins un cylindre (551, 552). Selon l'invention, un circuit hydraulique de l'ensemble hydraulique comprend une pompe à piston (500), qui est connectée, d'un côté par le biais d'un clapet de retenue (540), permettant l'écoulement dans une direction d'éloignement vis-à-vis de la pompe (500) mais pas vers ladite pompe (500), hydrauliquement à un module de commande (550) et un réservoir (510) de fluide hydraulique, et d'un autre côté soit par le biais d'une valve de dérivation (530) ayant un clapet de retenue intégré (535), permettant l'écoulement vers la pompe (500) mais pas dans le sens inverse, en série dans un circuit hydraulique avec un réservoir de stockage sous pression (520) et le clapet de retenue (540), soit en dépassant une pression prédéfinie par le décalage automatique de la valve de dérivation (530) dans un circuit hydraulique, qui comprend ladite pompe (500), une valve de dérivation (530), un module de commande (550) et ledit clapet de retenue (540), qui sont hydrauliquement interconnectés en série. Un tel ensemble est avantageux du fait de ses dimensions hors tout extrêmement petites, son petit volume de fluide hydraulique et sa faible perte hydraulique.
