ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention is related to novel hydraulic binders based on Portland cement clinkers which, after hydration, are free of hydrated lime or calcium hydroxide Ca(OH)2. It relates to a process for the obtention of binders obtained from a mixture of Portland cement and hydrated alumina, the latter used in a quantity sufficient for the hydrated lime which is formed during the hydration of the binder to combine completely with the hydrated alumina as its formation proceeds.
