The invention relates to a hydraulic device for the back and forth displacement and locking of a machine piece, in particular for the opening, closing ands locking of an injection moulding tool. The hydraulic device comprises a cylinder (1), in which a first pressure chamber (6) is provided, a main piston (2) with one or several connecting rods (11) which may be immersed in a pressure medium within the first pressure chamber (6) and furthermore an auxiliary piston (7) which may be axially displaced within the cylinder (1). The invention is characterised in that the auxiliary piston (7) comprises recesses (12), into which the connecting rods (11) of the main piston (2) may be introduced and the opposing sides of the main piston (2) and auxiliary piston (7) have surfaces (40, 41) which may be brought into contact. In a first displacement phase (opening and closing) only the main piston (2) is displaced. In a second displacement phase when the surfaces (40) and (41) are in contact, the main piston (2) and the auxiliary piston (7) move as a unit (locking).
L'invention concerne un dispositif hydraulique servant à actionner d'un mouvement alternatif et à verrouiller une pièce de machine, en particulier à ouvrir, fermer et verrouiller un moule à injection. Ce dispositif hydraulique comprend un cylindre (1) dans lequel est ménagée une première chambre de pression (6), un piston principal (2) pourvu d'une ou de plusieurs tiges (11) de piston, ce piston pouvant flotter dans le fluide de pression se trouvant dans la première chambre de pression (6), ainsi qu'un piston auxiliaire (7) pouvant être déplacé axialement dans le cylindre (1). L'invention se caractérise en ce que le piston auxiliaire (7) comporte des évidements (12) dans lesquels les tiges (11) du piston principal (2) peuvent coulisser et en ce que les faces du piston principal (2) et du piston auxiliaire (7) situées en vis-à-vis l'une de l'autre présentent des surfaces (40, 41) pouvant être mises en butée. Au cours d'une première phase d'actionnement (ouverture et fermeture), seul le piston principal (2) est actionné. Lors d'une seconde phase, lorsque les surfaces (40) et (41) sont en butée, le piston principal (2) et le piston auxiliaire (7) sont actionnés d'un seul tenant (verrouillage).
