ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A hydraulic excavator having a lower boom part, an upper boom part, and a jib, for conversion to grabber opera- tion with a long reach and a high lift, characterized in that a connecting part, used to secure the upper boom part firmly to the lower boom part, is provided with an eye to which the hydraulic cylinder, used to actuate the jib, is attached pivot- ably by means of a pin.
