A hydraulic fluid composition for power steering is disclosed, which comprises (a) at least one phosphorus containing compound selected from the group of alkyl, or alkyl substituted or unsubstituted phenyl phosphorus acid compounds, alkyl, or alkyl substituted or unsubstituted phenyl phosphorus thioacid compounds, alkyl, or alkyl substituted or unsubstituted phenyl phosphorus dithioacid compounds, and (b) one or more thiadiazole derivatives represented by the formula: Image where R1 and R2 independently denote a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbons. The composition enables hydraulic systems to be used for longer times without accelerating deterioration of rubber materials employed in the hydraulic system.
Composition de fluide hydraulique pour conduite assistée, renfermant (a) au moins un composé phosphoré choisi parmi le groupe des acides alkyle, alkyle avec substitution ou phényle sans substitution phosphoreux, des thioacides alkyle, alkyle avec substitution ou phényle sans substitution phosphoreux, et des dithioacides alkyle, alkyle avec substitution ou phényle sans substitution phosphoreux, (b) un ou plusieurs dérivés du thiadiazole représentés par la formule Image où R1 et R2 désignent indépendamment l'un de l'autre un alkyle linéaire ou ramifié de 1 à 12 carbones. La composition permet d'utiliser les sytèmes hydrauliques plus longtemps sans accélérer l'usure des matériaux en caoutchouc faisant partie de ces systèmes.
