ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Hydraulic fluid compositions having a high boiling point and a boron content of 0.2 to 1.6 are formed from (a) a reaction product of (i) a polyalkylene glycol monoalkyl ether, (ii) a polyalkylene glycol and (iii) a polyoxyalkylene mono- or poly- ol having a molecular weight of 1000 to 5000 with (iv) a boron com- pound, (b) a polyalkylene glycol monoalkyl ether, (c) a poly- alkylene glycol and (d) a polyoxyalkylene mono- or poly- ol having a molecular weight of 1000 to 5000. - 1 -
