The present invention relates to a hydraulic DEVICE comprising a valve housing (1) with a movable valve body (2) arranged inside the valve housing, a hydraulic cylinder with at least a hydraulic chamber (115), and at least a control mechanism (4) for the control of said movable valve body (2), wherein the valve housing (1) comprises a plurality of combined elements (102, 103, 104), at least two of said elements (103, 104) being co-axially arranged relative to each other so that an annular space (128) is formed between said two parts, the valve body (2) is substantially sleeve-shaped and arranged inside said annular space (128) in the valve housing (1), and said valve body (2) is provided with a plurality of apertures (250, 251, 252; 206, 202) to make a flow of hydraulic liquid possible in the radial direction through the valve body (2), wherein the valve body (2) is located inside the valve housing (1) in such a way that it is essentially, preferably entirely, balanced with reference to the hydraulic forces acting in the radial direction, that said valve body in the vicinity of said apertures is provided with edge portions, (272A, 272B) at both the inner and outer surfaces of the valve body, which edge portions (272A, 272B) interact with edge portions (103C, 104C) and channels (160, 164) located inside the valve housing (1), so that hydraulic liquid is allowed to flow from each one of said channels and beyond and between each of said edge portions, when the valve body (2) is positioned inside the valve housing (1) to allow a flow of liquid to and from said hydraulic chamber (115), and that said edge portions at a second position of the valve body (2) interacts in a sealing manner, so that the hydraulic liquid cannot flow to or from said hydraulic chamber (115).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif hydraulique comprenant un logement de vanne (1) contenant, à l'intérieur, un corps de vanne mobile (2), un cylindre hydraulique doté au moins d'une enceinte hydraulique (115) et au moins un mécanisme de commande (4) destiné à la commande du corps de vanne mobile (2). Le logement de vanne (1) comprend plusieurs éléments combinés (102, 103, 104), deux au moins de ces éléments (103, 104) étant disposés coaxialement l'un par rapport à l'autre de façon qu'un espace annulaire (128) soit formé entre ces deux parties. Le corps de vanne (2) a substantiellement la forme d'un manchon et il est disposé à l'intérieur de l'espace annulaire (128) dans le logement de vanne (1). Le corps de vanne (2) comprend plusieurs orifices (250, 251, 252; 206, 202) rendant possible l'écoulement de liquide hydraulique à travers le corps de vanne (2) dans la direction radiale, la disposition du corps de vanne (2) dans le logement de vanne (1) étant équilibrée par rapport aux forces hydrauliques agissant dans la direction radiale. Le corps de vanne possède, dans la région voisine des orifices, des parties de bordure (272A, 272B) à la fois sur les surfaces intérieures et extérieures du corps de vanne, ces parties de bordure (272A, 272B) interagissant avec des parties de bordure (103C, 104C) et des canaux (160, 164) placés à l'intérieur du logement de vanne (1), de façon que le liquide hydraulique puisse s'écouler de chacun des canaux et au delà et entre chacune des parties de bordure lorsque le corps de vanne (2) est positionné à l'intérieur du logement de vanne (1) afin de permettre un écoulement de liquide en provenance et en direction de l'enceinte hydraulique (115). Les parties de bordure, dans une seconde position du corps de vanne (2), interagissent d'une manière étanche de façon que le liquide hydraulique ne puisse s'écouler en provenance ou en direction de l'enceinte hydraulique (115).
