The invention relates to a novel design of hydraulic processing pincers for processing workpieces (2), comprising a tool which, in a first tool part, has an axially displaceable tool plunger (12) which, with a first end or with a tool (14) provided there and an opposite work rest (10), forms a working region or a working gap and can be moved with the first end towards and away from the work rest (10), and comprising a hydraulic actuating device (5) for applying a force to the tool plunger (12) via a movable pressure-transmitting element (21), said force moving said tool plunger (12) in the direction of the work rest (10). The piston (18) and/or the piston rod (17) are/is designed with a cavity in which the tool plunger (12) is accommodated in its initial position at least over part of its length.
L'invention concerne une configuration innovante d'une pince d'usinage hydraulique pour l'usinage ou le façonnage de pièces (2) comprenant un outil qui présente dans une première partie d'outil un coulisseau porte-outil ou un plongeur (12) pouvant coulisser dans la direction axiale qui forme, avec une première extrémité ou un outil (14) qui y est prévu et un appui (10) d'outil se trouvant à l'opposé, une zone de travail ou un espacement de travail et qui peut être approché ou éloigné de l'appui (10) d'outil avec la première extrémité, et comprenant un dispositif (5) d'actionnement hydraulique pour soumettre le coulisseau (12) porte-outil par le biais d'un élément (21) de transmission de pression mobile à une force qui déplace celui-ci en direction de l'appui (10) d'outil. Le piston (18) et/ou la bielle (17) sont réalisés avec un espace creux dans lequel le coulisseau (12) porte-outil est accueilli dans sa position d'origine au moins avec une longueur partielle.
