The hydraulic reactor and classifier with ultrasonic application permits the classification of fine particle fractions that are present both in the crushed feed load to the grinding circuit as well as directly to the mill discharge, in such a way that the overgrinding of the particles that have reached the adequate liberation or fineness grade is eliminated; it consists of two main parts, in the feeding part there are a rectangular container with loading compartment, lamella, collector, overflow canal for fine particles and ultrasound transducers that separate the fine particles from the coarse particles; the lower part has an inverted semi-pyramidal shape with additional transducer elements for a second desintegration effect. There are also nozzles for elutriation washing.
Le réacteur hydraulique et classificateur à ultrasons permet la classification des fractions granulométriques fines présentes tant dans l'alimentation concassée allant vers le circuit de broyage que dans les fines acheminées directement vers la décharge du broyeur, de manière à éviter le surbroyage des particules dont la libération ou la finesse sont suffisantes. Il se compose de deux parties principales : dans la partie servant à l'alimentation se trouvent un contenant rectangulaire possédant des compartiments de chargement; une lamelle, un collecteur, un canal de trop-plein pour les particules fines, et des transducteurs ultrasoniques qui séparent les particules fines des particules plus grosses; la partie inférieure a la forme d'une moitié de pyramide inversée et comporte des transducteurs additionnels pour produire un deuxième effet de désintégration. Des buses servent aussi au lavage par élutriation.
