The invention relates to a stretching device for a saw chain arranged to be active between a holder and a guiding device. A piston is arranged in a displaceable manner at the holder in parallel with the longitudinal direction of a saw bar. The piston has an engaging surface intended to grip an opposing surface an the guiding part. The engaging surface and the opposing surface are located in parallel planes and these planes are arranged at an angle to a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the saw bar. The piston, when it grips the surfaces, affects the guiding part with a force whose components act partly in the longitudinal direction of the saw bar to stretch the saw chain and partly in a direction across the longitudinal direction of the saw bar to achieve a stabilising gripping of the parts that move in relation to one another.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif de tension hydraulique d'une chaîne de scie d'un mécanisme de sciage. Ce dispositif comprend un support (1), une roue d'entraînement (3) de chaîne qui est fixe par rapport au support, et une pièce (7) de guidage fixée en permanence à un guide-chaîne de sorte qu'il y ait une interaction avec le support (1) et qu'elle ne puisse tourner et se déplacer axialement par rapport au support (1) dans le sens longitudinal (8) du guide-chaîne de façon à permettre la tension de la chaîne circulant sur le guide-chaîne (6) et la roue d'entraînement (3). Le dispositif de tension de la chaîne à scie est disposé de façon à fonctionner entre le support (1) et le dispositif de guidage (7) et comprend un piston (10) hydraulique qui se déplace, au niveau du support, parallèlement au sens longitudinal (8) du guide-chaîne, et qui comporte une surface de contact venant en prise avec une surface opposée (12) sur la pièce (7) de guidage, la surface de contact et la surface opposée se trouvant dans des plans parallèles situés au niveau d'un angle par rapport à un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal du guide-chaîne. De cette façon, lorsque le piston (10) adhère à ces surfaces, il touche la pièce (7) de guidage avec une force F dont les composantes réagissent partiellement dans le sens longitudinal du guide (Fs) de façon à tendre la chaîne et réaliser, dans le sens longitudinal du guide (Fs), une stabilisation partielle des pièces se déplaçant les unes par rapport aux autres. L'invention porte, de plus, sur un organe (13, 14) compressible placé de façon à venir en contact entre le piston et la pièce de guidage avant l'adhésion de la surface de contact et de la surface opposée, une tension initiale de la chaîne étant ainsi obtenue avant l'effet combiné de tension et d'adhésion.
