The present invention relates to a hydraulic system for a press comprising a press ram (2), at least one main press cylinder (1) with a primary side (21) for producing press thrust and a device for returning the press ram. The hydraulic system comprises at least one flow amplifier (8) with a primary and a secondary side (10, 11) comprising a piston arrangement (9) with a large active piston area acting on the primary side (10) of the flow amplifier and a small active piston area acting on the secondary side (21) of the flow amplifier. The primary side (10) of the flow amplifier is connected to the primary side (21) of the main press cylinder, and the secondary side (11) of the flow amplifier is connected to the return device. At least the part between the primary side (10) of the flow amplifier and the primary side (21) of the main press cylinder is closed.
L'invention concerne un système hydraulique destiné à une presse comprenant un cadre (2), au moins un cylindre de presse (1) principal doté d'un premier côté (21) permettant de produire une poussée de presse, et un dispositif permettant de rappeler le cadre. Le système hydraulique comprend au moins un amplificateur (8) de flux avec un premier et un second côté (10, 11) comportant un système piston (9) présentant une large zone piston active agissant sur le premier côté (10) de l'amplificateur de flux et une petite zone piston active agissant sur le second côté (11) de l'amplificateur de flux. Le premier côté (10) de l'amplificateur de flux est raccordé au premier côté (21) du cylindre de presse principal, et le second côté (11) de l'amplificateur de flux est raccordé au dispositif de rappel. Au moins la partie entre le premier côté (10) de l'amplificateur de flux et le premier côté (21) du cylindre de presse principal est fermée.
