An impact actuator assembly has a housing having a front, a rear, two opposite sides, a top and a bottom, and defining an actuator receiving area. A hydraulic actuator is fixedly mounted in the actuator receiving area, and provided with an actuator head, at least a portion of which extends forwardly of the actuator receiving area. A nosepiece is fixedly attached to the front of the housing at a distance from the actuator receiving area, defining a space between the nosepiece and the actuator head. The nosepiece is provided with at least one longitudinal hollow guide for receiving a tool pin, each of the tool pins having a rear and a front. The rear of the tool pin extends in the space between the nosepiece and the actuator head and the front of tool pin extends beyond the front of the housing. A plurality of hydraulic connectors are mounted on the housing and operatively connected to the actuator. When the actuator is actuated, the actuator head is engaged in reciprocating longitudinal movement to cyclically impact the tool pin.
L'invention concerne un ensemble de commande d'impact comprenant un boîtier présentant une partie avant, une partie arrière, deux côtés opposés, un sommet et un fond et définissant une zone réceptrice de commande. Une commande hydraulique est montée de manière fixe dans la zone réceptrice de commande et comprend une tête, au moins une partie de celle-ci s'étendant en avant de la zone réceptrice de commande. Un embout est fixé sur la partie avant du boîtier à une certaine distance de la zone réceptrice de commande, définissant un espace entre l'embout et la tête de la commande. L'embout comprend au moins un guide creux longitudinal permettant de recevoir une broche d'outil présentant une partie arrière et une partie avant. La partie arrière de la broche d'outil s'étend dans l'espace entre l'embout et la tête de la commande et la partie avant de la broche d'outil s'étend au-delà de la partie avant du boîtier. Une pluralité de connecteurs hydrauliques sont montés sur le boîtier et connectés de manière fonctionnelle à la commande. Quand la commande est mise en oeuvre, la tête de celle-ci effectue en mouvement alternatif longitudinal de manière à avoir un impact cyclique sur la broche d'outil.
