The Hydro Torque Electric Generator is a electric generator that consist of a drive shaft place over a water flow with designed paddles mounted along the shaft that protrude into the water causing the shaft to turn. The turning motion of the drive shaft at one end then goes through a rotational motion transfer system to a large heavy fly wheel with gears around the outer perimeter edge which in turn drives a smaller gear wheel power take off shaft that turns a generator, generating electric power, (see attached Figure No. 1).
