The invention concerns a hydrocyanation method for ethylenically unsaturated organic compounds in particular to obtain nitriles, and more particularly hydrocyanation of substituted diolefins or of olefins for producing dinitriles, and/or the isomerization of nitriles obtained by hydrocyanation. The invention more particularly concerns hydrocyanation catalysed by a nickel-based compound. Thus the catalyst used in said production method is treated in output with hydrogen cyanide to recover and re-dissolve the nickel precipitated in the form of nickel hydroxide. The method enables to regenerate and prolong the life span of a catalyst charge. Moreover, it enables to reduce pollution in the installations using said method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'hydrocyanation de composés organiques à insaturations éthyléniques pour notamment l'obtention de nitriles, et plus particulièrement l'hydrocyanation de dioléfines ou d'oléfines substituées pour la fabrication de dinitriles, et/ou l'isomérisation des nitriles obtenus par hydrocyanation. Elle se rapporte plus particulièrement à une hydrocyanation catalysée par un composé à base de nickel. Ainsi, le catalyseur utilisé dans ce procédé de fabrication est traité en sortie de réaction par du cyanure d'hydrogène pour récupérer et redissoudre le nickel précipité sous forme d'hydroxyde de nickel. Le procédé permet de régénérer le catalyseur et d'augmenter la durée de vie d'une charge de catalyseur. En outre, elle permet de diminuer la pollution des installations du procédé.
