HYDROCYCLONE WITH-DILUTION LIQUID INLET IN A COMPOUND HEAVIES OUTLET CHAMBER THEREOF ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Equipment for continuously separating foreign matters from unpurified liquid papermaking materials. Cyclone separators are disposed radially around and equidistantly from a central structure. Each of these cyclone separators has a chamber for collecting purified liquid papermaking materials, a cyclone chamber for separating liquid papermaking materials, and a cyclone vortex chamber for separating heavy foreign matters further into relatively light foreign matters and relatively heavy foreign matters, these chambers being disposed in this order from above. The central structure is partitioned into intermediate chambers. Main pipes enter respective intermediate chambers which are connected by branch pipes to the chambers of all the cyclone separators. A pressurized fresh water supply pipe is tangentially connected to the upper portion of the cyclone vortex chamber. A re-collecting port is provided at the center of the bottom of the vortex chamber. A portion of the bottom around the re-collecting port is made lower than the re-collecting port and an outlet pipe for waste is connected to this portion. A pressure balance is maintained near the bottom of the cyclone chamber between the clear water in the vortex chamber and the material in the cyclone chamber. In this way the papermaking material on the border is diluted.
