Hydroelectric pumped-storage includes monitoring electrical demand on a system over time. If the monitored demand exceeds a predetermined first value, fluid is allowed to flow substantially under the influence of gravity from a first aquifer to a second aquifer. Kinetic energy from the flowing fluid is converted into electrical energy. If the monitored demand drops below a predetermined second value, fluid from the second aquifer is moved to the first aquifer.
L'invention porte sur une accumulation par pompage hydroélectrique qui comprend la surveillance d'une demande électrique sur un système au cours du temps. Si la demande surveillée dépasse une première valeur prédéterminée, un fluide est autorisé à s'écouler sensiblement sous l'influence de la gravité d'un premier réservoir aquifère à un second réservoir aquifère. De l'énergie cinétique provenant du fluide s'écoulant est convertie en énergie électrique. Si la demande surveillée chute sous une seconde valeur prédéterminée, du fluide du second réservoir aquifère est déplacé jusqu'au premier réservoir aquifère.
