The present invention discloses a hydroforming process for metal parts that uses liquid-film and solid-film lubricants. The lubricants used in the invention are particularly useful for die-side lubrication. The process includes a step in which a ductile metal part is over-coated with either the liquid-film or solid-film lubricant. The liquid lubricants preferably include an oil and optionally a surfactant. The solid lubricants preferably include a hard wax and optionally a surfactant.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'hydroformage de pièces métalliques mettant en application des lubrifiants déposant une pellicule liquide ou une pellicule solide. Ces lubrifiants sont particulièrement utiles pour la lubrification côté matrice. Ce procédé consiste, dans une étape, à effectuer un sur-revêtement d'une pièce métallique ductile soit au moyen du lubrifiant à dépôt liquide, soit du lubrifiant à dépôt solide. Les lubrifiants liquides contiennent, de préférence, une huile et, éventuellement, un tensioactif. Les lubrifiants solides contiennent, de préférence, une cire dure et, éventuellement, un tensioactif.
