ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to novel ferrocene derivatives, i.e. the compounds l,l'-bis[di(4-chlorophenyl)phosphino]ferrocene, 1,1'-bis[di(3-fluoro- phenyl)phosphino]ferrocene and l,l'-bis[di(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)phosphino]- ferrocene. These compounds are useful catalysts in hydroformylation reactions.
