A method for fabricating hydrogel based microarrays by a nanostamping process is provided. A method of manufacturing a patterned hydrogel array is provided comprising the steps of contacting a patterned substrate with a hydrogel substrate to form a substrate complex, wherein the patterned substrate comprises a surface, a first polymer attached to the surface, and a second polymer reversibly attached to the first polymer, the hydrogel substrate comprises a polymer matrix and a plurality of attachment sites along the polymer matrix capable of attaching the second polymer, binding at least one attachment site to the second polymer, disassociating the dimer; and separating the substrate complex to obtain a patterned hydrogel array having a second polymer attached to an attachment site. Methods where the second polymer is synthesized using the first polymer as template are provided. Hydrogel arrays manufactured according to the methods of the invention are provided.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de microréseaux à base d'hydrogel par un processus de nano-estampage. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un réseau d'hydrogel à motif, consistant : à mettre en contact un substrat à motif avec un substrat d'hydrogel pour former un complexe de substrats, le substrat à motif comprenant une surface, un premier polymère fixé sur la surface et un deuxième polymère fixé réversible sur le premier polymère, le substrat d'hydrogel comprenant une matrice polymère et une pluralité de sites de fixation le long de ladite matrice, permettant la fixation du deuxième polymère; à lier au moins un site de fixation au deuxième polymère; à dissocier le dimère; et à séparer le complexe de substrats pour obtenir un réseau d'hydrogel à motif comportant un deuxième polymère fixé sur un site de fixation. L'invention concerne encore des procédés selon lesquels le deuxième polymère est synthétisé au moyen du premier polymère qui sert de modèle. L'invention concerne enfin des réseaux d'hydrogel obtenus par la mise en uvre de ces procédés.
