ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Fluorocarbon siloxanes of the formula Image are disclosed. Their use as reversion resistant curing agents in curable compositions comprising reversion resistant siloxanes of the formula Image are also disclosed. In the above formulae, each R and R' is independently -CH3, -C6H5 or -CH2CH2CF3, Rf is a perfluoroalkylene radical of 2 to 10 carbon atoms or a perfluoroalkylene radical containing one or more -C-O-C- linkages, p = q to 2q, q is at least 5, each n is 1, 2 or 3.
