A hydrogen flame luminosity analyzer for thin-layer chromatograph comprising: a hydrogen burner for making a hydrogen flame; moving means for moving a thin- layer chromatography element and the hydrogen flame at predetermined relative velocities so that substances separated to be analyzed for the thin-layer chromatography may be sequentially burned; means for separating the light, as made from the hydrogen flame, spectroscopically; and means for analyzing the intensities of light separated by the spectroscopic means. A hydrogen flame luminosity analyzing method for a thin-layer chromatograph comprising: the step of burning the substances, as separated to be analyzed by the thin-layer chromatography, sequentially with a hydrogen frame by moving the thin-layer chromatography and the hydrogen flame at predetermined relative velocities; and the step of analyzing the intensities at specific wavelengths of the luminous light from the flame. The analyzer and the analyzing method can perform stable and precise singular analyses of heterogeneous elements.
La présente invention concerne un analyseur de luminosité de flamme d'hydrogène pour chromatographe en couche fine. Cet analyseur comprend un brûleur d'hydrogène produisant une flamme d'hydrogène, des actionneurs permettant de déplacer un élément du chromatographe en couche fine et la flamme d'hydrogène à des vitesses relatives prédéterminées de façon à brûler séquentiellement les substances séparées à faire analyser par le chromatographe en couche fine, des organes de séparation spectrographique de la lumière produite par la flamme d'hydrogène, et des organes de mesure de l'intensité de la lumière séparée par spectroscopie. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'analyse de luminosité de la flamme d'hydrogène pour chromatographe en couche fine se décomposant en plusieurs opérations. On commence par brûler séquentiellement à la flamme d'hydrogène les substances séparées à faire analyser par le chromatographe en couche fine en déplaçant le chromatographe en couche mince et la flamme d'hydrogène à des vitesses relatives prédéterminées, puis on analyse les intensités à des longueurs d'ondes spécifiques de la lumière lumineuse provenant de la flamme. L'analyseur et le procédé d'analyse peuvent mener des analyses singulières stables et précises d'éléments hétérogènes.
