An object is to provide a hydrogen generation apparatus in which water can be helically flow down in an evaporator without fail, a method for manufacturing the hydrogen generation apparatus, and a fuel cell system using the hydrogen generation apparatus. The hydrogen generation apparatus includes a reformer configured to generate a hydrogen-containing gas; an evaporator 8 which includes an inner tube 9 and an outer tube 10, and a deformed hollow helical member 18 helically interposed between the inner tube 9 and the outer tube 10 and which is configured to evaporate the water supplied to the reformer 8; and a heat source 2 configured to evaporate the water. The evaporator 8 is configured such that the water is supplied to a helical flow channel 8A defined by the inner tube 9, the outer tube 10, and the hollow helical member 18 and evaporated by the heat source 2.
La présente invention concerne un appareil de génération de l'hydrogène dans lequel de l'eau peut être mise en circulation vers le bas à la manière d'une spirale de manière fiable dans une unité de vaporisation. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de l'appareil de génération de l'hydrogène. L'invention concerne en outre un système pour pile à combustible utilisant l'appareil de génération de l'hydrogène. L'appareil de génération de l'hydrogène comprend au moins : une unité de reformage dans laquelle un gaz contenant de l'hydrogène est généré ; une unité de vaporisation (8) dans laquelle l'eau fournie à l'unité de reformage est vaporisée et qui comprend un cylindre interne (9), un cylindre externe (10) et un matériau en spirale creux déformé (18) qui est disposé sous forme de spirale dans un espace se trouvant entre le cylindre interne (9) et le cylindre externe (10) ; et une source de chaleur (2) grâce à laquelle l'eau peut être volatilisée. L'unité de vaporisation (8) est adaptée de sorte que l'eau soit fournie dans une voie de circulation en spirale (8A) qui est définie par le fait qu'elle soit entourée par le cylindre interne (9), le cylindre externe (10) et le matériau creux en spirale (18) et l'eau est vaporisée au moyen de la source de chaleur (2).
