Disclosed is a method for producing hydrocarbon-containing feedstocks. In said method, the starting material is autothermally turned into a crude gas containing H2 and CO as main components as well as the components CO2, H2O, CH4, and traces of H2S, COS, CnHm, N2, and Ar by means of non-catalytic partial oxidation at 1200 to 1500°C and pressures of 15 to 100 barabs by adding oxygen-containing gas and steam, and the CO contained in the crude gas is then converted into CO2 and additional H2 by adding steam. In order to improve said method, the converted crude synthesis gas is directly, i.e. without undergoing a washing process to remove CO2 and H2S, separated into highly pure H2 and a gas mixture containing H2S, CO2, H2, CO, CH4, Ar, and N2 in a pressure change-absorption process, the gas mixture is fed to a tail gas wash of a sulfur recovery process, the separated H2S is fed into the processing gas of the sulfur recovery process, and the waste gas of the tail gas wash is burned, said waste gas being mixed with the tail gas of the sulfur recovery process.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'éduits contenant de l'hydrogène, selon lequel le produit de départ est transformé, avec apport de gaz contenant de l'oxygène et d'hydrogène à des températures entre 1200 et 1500° C et des pression de 15 à 100 barabs par oxydation partielle non catalytique et de manière autothermique, en un gaz brut contenant comme substances principales H2 et CO ainsi que les composants CO2, H2O, CH4 et des traces de H2S, COS, CnHm, N2 et d'Ar, le CO contenu dans le gaz brut étant ensuite converti en CO2 et en H2 avec apport de vapeur d'eau. Une amélioration de ce procédé consiste à séparer le gaz brut de synthèse converti directement, à savoir sans subir de lavage visant à extraire le CO2 und H2S et selon un procédé d'absorption et de changement de pression, en H2 de grande pureté et en un mélange gazeux contenant H2S, CO2, H2, CO, CH4, Ar et N2, à introduire ce mélange gazeux dans le lavage de gaz de queue d'un procédé Claus, à acheminer le H2S séparé dans le gaz mis en AEuvre du procédé Claus, et à brûler l'effluent gazeux du lavage de gaz de queue, qui a été mélangé au gaz de queue du procédé Claus.
