The internal pressure of the alkali battery assembled with this electrode can be effectively descended, the capacity and the cycle life of the sealed battery are improved, the activation period of the battery is shortened to 3-5 times, thus the crucial technical problem about industrial mass production of this kind of alkali batteries is surmounted.
