A hydrogenated catalyst composition and its preparing method and use are disclosed. The composition comprises hydrogenated catalyst, organic nitrogen-containing compound, sulphurizing agent and organic solvent, wherein the amount of the organic nitrogen-containing compound is 0.01%~20%, based on the weight of the hydrogenated catalyst. The composition is prepared by introducing the required substance onto the hydrogenated catalyst in oxidation state By introducing the organic nitrogen-containing compound to react with the sulfur and the organic solvent, the rate of remaining sulfur during the activating of the catalyst composition can be further improved, the concentrated heat liberation can be alleviated, the temperature rise of catalyst bed can be reduced and the catalytic activity can be improved. This method can be used in pretreatment in many kinds of applications of the hydrogenated catalyst.
L'invention porte sur une composition de catalyseur hydrogéné et sur un procédé de préparation et d'utilisation de cette dernière. La composition de l'invention comprend un catalyseur hydrogéné, un composé contenant de l'azote organique, un agent sulfurisant et un solvant organique, la quantité du composé contenant de l'azote organique étant de 0,01%~20%, sur la base du poids du catalyseur hydrogéné. On prépare la composition en introduisant la substance requise dans le catalyseur hydrogéné à l'état d'oxydation. En introduisant le composant contenant de l'azote organique, qui va réagir avec le soufre et le solvant organique, on peut encore améliorer le taux de soufre restant au cours de l'activation de la composition de catalyseur, on peut réduire la libération de chaleur concentrée et l'augementation de température du lit de catalyseur, et l'on peut améliorer l'activité catalytique. Le procédé de l'invention peut être utilisé comme prétraitement dans de nombreux types d'applications de catalyseur hydrogéné.
