The invention relates to a group of hydronopol derivatives which are agonists on human ORL1 (nociceptin) receptors. The invention also relates to the preparation of these compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions containing a pharmacologically active amount of at least one of these novel hydronopol derivatives as an active ingredient, as well as to the use of these pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of disorders in which ORL1 receptors are involved. The invention relates to compounds of the general formula (1) wherein the symbols have the meanings as given in the description.
L'invention concerne un groupe de dérivés d'hydronopol utilisés comme agonistes des récepteurs ORL1 (nociceptine) humains. L'invention concerne également la préparation de ces composés, des compositions pharmaceutiques utilisant une dose pharmacologique active d'au moins un de ces nouveaux dérivés d'hydronopol comme ingrédient actif, ainsi que l'utilisation de ces compositions pharmaceutiques pour le traitement de troubles impliquant les récepteurs ORL1. L'invention concerne également des composés représentés par la formule générale (1) dans laquelle les symboles désignent des éléments décrits dans la description de la présente demande.
