This invention relates to new fluorescence dyes from the class of cyanine dyes, especially indotricarbocyanines with an absorption and fluorescence maximum in the spectral range of 700 to 900 nm, a thiol-specific reactive group, and three, preferably four, sulfonate groups, to an increase of water solubility as well as the production of dyes. This invention also relates to the conjugates of these dyes with biomolecules and uses thereof.
La présente invention concerne de nouveaux colorants fluorescents appartenant à la catégorie des colorants de cyanine, notamment des indotricarbocyanines ayant une absorption et une fluorescence maximales dans le domaine spectral de 700 à 900 nm, présentant un groupe réactif thiol spécifique et trois, de préférence quatre groupes sulfonate qui permettent d'augmenter la solubilité dans l'eau et le rendement de production des colorants. L'invention concerne aussi des produits conjugués de ces colorants avec des biomolécules, et leurs utilisations.
