A hydrophilizing composition which contains no chromium and imparts excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting hydrophilicity to a heat exchanger made of aluminum. The hydrophilizing agent for metallic materials comprises: (A) a hydrophilic polymer having at least one nonionic functional group selected from the group consisting of primary amide, secondary amide, tertiary amide, hydroxy, and polyoxyalkylene groups; (B) a hydrophilic polymer having at least one ionic functional group selected from the group consisting of sulfo, phosphonate, carboxyl, primary amino, secondary amino, tertiary amino, and quaternary ammonium groups; (C) a vanadium compound; and (D) a compound having at least one element selected from the group consisting of Zr, Ti, and Si.
Cette invention se rapporte à une composition d'hydrophilisation qui ne contient pas de chrome et qui confère une excellente résistance à la corrosion et une hydrophilie longue durée à un échangeur de chaleur fabriqué en aluminium. Cet agent d'hydrophilisation pour matériaux métalliques comprend: (A) un polymère hydrophile comportant au moins un groupe fonctionnel non ionique choisi dans le groupe constitué par amide primaire, amide secondaire, amide tertiaire, hydroxy et des groupes polyoxyalkylène; (B) un polymère hydrophile comportant au moins un groupe fonctionnel ionique choisi dans le groupe constitué par sulpho, phosphonate, carboxyle, amino primaire, amino secondaire, amino tertiaire et des groupes ammonium quaternaire; (C) un composé de vanadium; et (D) un composé ayant au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par Zr, Ti et Si.
