Hydrophobic film or coating, comprising a) - primary particles, b)- secondary particles, adhering to the surface of the primary particles and having an average diameter that is smaller than the average diameter of the primary particles, c) - a hydrophobic layer covering at least partly the surface of the secondary particles and adhering to that surface, characterized in that the secondary particles are adhering to the surface of the primary particles by covalent chemical bonds.

L'invention concerne un film ou un revêtement hydrophobe comprenant : a) des particules principales, b)- des particules secondaires adhérant à la surface des particules principales et présentant un diamètre moyen inférieur au diamètre moyen des particules principales, c) une couche hydrophobe recouvrant au moins partiellement la surface des particules secondaires et adhérant à celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que les particules secondaires sont adhérées à la surface des particules principales par liaisons chimiques par covalence.
