A composition, which comprises (a) a cycloaliphatic epoxy resin, (b) an OH-terminated polysiloxane, (c) a polysiloxane/polyether copolymer, and (d) a cyclic polysiloxane, has excellent hydrophobic properties and can be used as electric insulation composition.
