La canalisation fixe (1) comporte à son extrémité un piston (7) mobile axialement, muni d'une tête sphérique (8); la canalisation tournante (2) comporte une extrémité (15) à axe (Y) excentré par rapport aux axes (X) et (Z) des canalisations (1) et (2) et munie d'une tête sphérique (16); un plot tournant biconique (17) traversé par un orifice central (18) étant intercalé entre les deux têtes sphériques (8,16).
