Disclosed are a hydrothermally stable porous molecular sieve catalyst and a preparation method thereof. The catalyst consists of a product obtained by the evaporation of water from a raw material mixture comprising a molecular sieve having a framework of Si-OH-Al-, a water- insoluble metal salt and a phosphate compound. The catalyst maintains its physical and chemical stabilities even in an atmosphere of high temperature and humidity. Accordingly, the catalyst shows excellent catalytic activity even when it is used in a severe process environment of high temperature and humidity in heterogeneous catalytic reactions, such as various oxidation/reduction reactions, including catalytic cracking reactions, isomerization reactions, alkylation reactions and esterification reactions.

Catalyseur à tamis moléculaire microporeux à stabilité hydrothermique et procédé d'élaboration. Il s'agit d'un catalyseur à tamis moléculaire poreux constitué par un produit issu de l'évaporation d'eau à partir d'un mélange de matières premières qui comprend un tamis moléculaire ayant un cadre de groupes Si-OH-Al, un sel métallique non soluble dans l'eau et un composé phosphate. Le catalyseur conserve sa stabilité physique et chimique même en atmosphère à température et humidité élevées, ce qui lui confère une excellente activité catalytique même sous environnement de travail sévère à température et humidité élevées pour des réactions catalytiques hétérogènes, du type réactions diverses d'oxydation/réduction, y compris les réactions de craquage catalytique, les réaction d'isomérisation, les réaction d'alkylation et les réactions d'estérification.
