A B S T R A C T Hygienic cleaner fitted into toilets: formed by a closed tubular element that fits inside the upper part of the toilet, which element has perforations on the front and rear areas for the outlet of liquid and detergent, and/or air that enters the element laterally through a tubular prolongation connected to a body, also tubular, in the shape of a double "T", to which are corrected a soap container with a cover and handle: a water inlet: and an air intake, with these intakes being regulated by pass valves. The tubular element has, at least in the area of the perforations, strips welded on to impede splashing of liquid outside.
