A B S T R A C T This invention relates to an arragement for fitting and changing of a cover of plastic film, with two tubular portions at each side of the strip, on a toilet seat, where the cover is stored and pulled off from a dispenser during changing and wound up on another after the cover has traveled all around the toilet seat. The dispensers are stored opposite from toilet pivot.
