ABSTRACT The toilet seat cover is an article of personal hygiene for people with certain restraints as far as the usage of toilets other than their own, especially the ones in public washrooms are concerned. In this invention, the toilet seat cover is made up of a rectangular sheet of paper which is soft, absorbent, porous and light, making it easy to be flushed down the toilet bowl. Strategically placed incisions and perforations will enable it to be adjusted to the opening of the toilet seat and to be maintained in position. After usage, the article will be disposed in the same fashion as toilet paper is. This article has also several other applications if and when a situation would dictate their use for example toilet paper, cosmetic napkins, and tissues. -2-
