The specification describes a 'hygienic' handling system in the form of a protective mitt, as opposed to a glove. This mitt-like enclosure is formed of a thin, highly flexible plastic like material, fully sealed on three sides from the apex at the lower end, thereof, to define an upper sealed end. The apex or lower open end, said wrapper being adapted to receive a person's hand, up to and including a portion of one's wrist. The adornment of aforesaid highly flexible wrapper, both protects the user from any contamible ingredient and of equal importance, products, such as food stuff from being contaminated by preparer. The clear, see-through, flexible material allows user to maintain full dexterity of his/her hand extremities and at the same time, maintain a low temperture ratio within said wrapper, therefore, reducing the possibility of user developing a rash that may lead to more serious consequences. The 'face' of said wrapper is treated so as to prohibit, in totality, any tranferance of germs, such as salomonala, and other such bacteria. This 'hygienic' wrapper, in its dual capacity, protects both the user from being contaminated through the handling of products and at the same time protects products from being contaminated by user without such protection.
