A multimer protein molecule comprising at least a first amino acid sequence having substantially the sequence of one of the Parietaria judaica major allergens Par j 1 or Par j 2 and a second amino acid sequence having substantially the sequence of one of the Parietaria judaica major allergens Par j 1 or Par j 2, and a third sequence of one of the Parietaria judaica major allergens Par j 1 or Par j 2. The molecule is also mutated in the amino acid region corresponding to loop 1, so that is hypoallergenic. The molecule can be utilized for medical use as a hypoallergenic agent.

Cette molécule est également mutée dans la zone des acides aminés correspondant à la boucle 1, de façon à être hypoallergénique. Cette molécule peut être utilisée à des fins médicales comme agent hypoallergénique.
