ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A hysteresis comparator circuit is provided wherein an input impedance element is connected to a non-inverted input terminal of a comparator, and a feedback impedance element is connected between an output terminal of the comparator and the non-inverted input terminal. The feedback impedance element and input impedance element are connected with each other to cooperatively constitute a differentiation circuit when seen from the output terminal side of the comparator. With this arrangement, it becomes possible to eliminate an undesirable extension of the pulse width resulting from a hysteresis and at the same time, to Prevent chattering. Further, this hysteresis comparator circuit requires no additional special circuit there by reducing the substrate accommodating space and manufacturing cost.
