An Input / Output (I/O) Signal Transfer Device that is the interface resulting in the combination of a mobile telephone and amplifying, and or audio signal transfer devices. The I/O Signal Transfer Device enables "hands-free" conversations using a mobile audio system providing a safe environment for the operation of a mobile telephone. The input of the device is a connection to the mobile phone, where as the output of the device is the preamplified audio signal produced from the mobile telephone. The I/O Signal Transfer Device has a switch to open and close the circuits within, and a light indicator to show if the device is on or off.
