A device for improving an individuals Stability when walking on icy surfaces. The device consists of a molded or stamped rectangular wafer or plate penetrated by removable studs or cleats which extend beyond the bottom of the plate or wafer and the heel. The device is affixed to the underside of a boot or shoe's instep with a hook and loop fastening material, which facilitates easy attachment and detachment.
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif servant à accroître la stabilité d'une personne qui se déplace à pied sur une surface glacée. Le dispositif en question consiste en une plaque ou une gaufre de forme rectangulaire obtenue par moulage ou emboutissage, dans laquelle sont insérés des goujons ou des crampons amovibles, qui font saillie à la partie inférieure et dans la région correspondant à l'arrière du talon de la plaque ou de la gaufre en question. Une fermeture à bouclettes de nylon facilite la mise en place et l'enlèvement du dispositif en question sous le cou-de-pied d'une botte ou d'une chaussure.
