The Ice_Hockey_Puck_Scoring_System (IHPSS) discussed in this paper is a new invention of an electronics device applying the latest technology of ferroelectric materials - Lead Lanthanum Titanate (PLT), Lead Zirconate Titanate (PZT) and Lead Magnesium Niobate (PMN) - and theoretically proved, to provide easily the accuracy of the puck crossing the 2" of the 3-Dimensional-Goal-Line- Volume-Area (3DGLVA) in within lesser than I E-3m in all circumstances occurring in the professional games - interferences of bodies, gloves and small metals. The IHPSS permits also to determine the puck velocities when it just crosses the 3DGLVA. The IHPSS operates in DC electric fields. The electromagnetic theories developed permit to obtain any theoretical capacitance values (Farads). The mentioned ferroelectric materials permit to obtain the capacitance larger than 10µF to comply with the selected Op-Amp current source. The device composes of four sets of hollow cubic-conductors Aji, Cji, Bji and Dji as show in Fig.8, Fig._9, Fig._10 and Fig._11A)-B). All positive cubic-conductors have four sides with ferroelectric materials and the negative ones have zero, one and two sides of ferroelectric layers. Inside the puck contains thin plates of electrets as show in Fig.15a)-b)-c) and Fig.16a)-b). The quiescent beaming electric fields Aji to Cji, when they encounter the electret will provoke a variation in potential energy and permit the Op-Amp to give out signals.
