A snow and ice scraper made to be held in one hand of a user is disclosed. This scraper shape facilitates the application of force in a 360 degree circular motion on a surface to be scraped, while ice is deflected substantially away from the user. The scraper comprises of a one-piece plastic body having a neutral dexterity hand-fitting handle, a deflective shield mid region and three connected blades. The blade section comprises of three scraping surfaces at 60 degree angles from each other at their base (fig. 3) and are at 90 degree angles at the uppermost regions where they meet to join the shield section (fig. 5). The shield section is curved so as to deflect the scraping debris of ice or snow from below the plane of the handle section. The handle of this ice scrapper has a female threaded end that can be used for attaching accessories and its edge is elliptically curved to facilitate scraping in small areas such as side view mirrors (fig. 6). Figure 1 is a top view Figure 2 is a front view Figure 3 is a bottom view Figure 4 is a top perspective view Figure 5 is a side view Figure 6 is a bottom perspective view
