An ice skate scooter comprises a pair of blades with one secured to the front fork and the other secured to the rear frame, a brake device attached to the rear frame, as well. The brake device is formed with teeth to be engaging with ice ground and an elastic element to urge the brake device return to its original position. The blades of the front fork and rear frame are inserted with fasteners so that the blades are moved independently, that provides a smooth and steady skating.
