Method for the identification and quantification of oncogenic HPV nucleic acids comprising: a) first line screening by means of 5 independent SYBR Green I Real-time PCR assays to determine the total viral load and to identify the presence of one or more of 13 high risk HPV genotypes in the sample; b) second line assays to be applied to samples positives for: - 5 independent TaqMan Real-time PCR assays to determine the presence and the viral load of the most common oncogenic HPV types: HPV types: 16, 18, 31, 45, 33 group (including 33, 52, 58, 67 genotypes). - 6 independent SYBR Green I RT Real-time PCR assays to determine the presence in the sample of the oncogenic transcripts E6/E7 of HPV types 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 58.

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour l'identification et la quantification d'acides nucléiques VPH oncogéniques comportant : a) un criblage de premier niveau au moyen de 5 analyses indépendantes par PCR en temps réel de SYBR Green I pour déterminer la charge virale totale et pour identifier la présence d'un ou de plusieurs des 13 génotypes VPH à haut risque dans l'échantillon ; b) des analyses de deuxième niveau devant être appliqués à des échantillons positifs pour : 5 analyses indépendantes par PCR en temps réel de TaqMan pour déterminer la présence et la charge virale des types VPH oncogéniques les plus courants : types VPH : groupes 16, 18, 31, 45, 33 (comprenant les génotypes 33, 52, 58, 67), 6 analyses indépendantes par PCR en temps réel de SYBR Green I RT pour déterminer la présence dans l'échantillon des produits de transcription oncogéniques E6/E7 de types VPH 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 58.
