The stem cell (1) includes a cellular DNA (2) comprising a plurality of sequences coding different genes and promoters allowing DNA-protein-interactions, at least one protein molecule (3) generated by means of a specific stimulus (12) and at least one DNA-molecule (6) artificially introduced into the stem cell (1). The artificially introduced DNA-molecule (6) comprises at least one binding site sequence (30) being apt to interact with the protein molecule (3), at least one DNA-sequence (40) coding an indicator molecule (5) and at least one minimal promoter sequence (50), allowing the gene expression of said indicator molecule (5), whereby the stem cell further includes at least one indicator molecule (5) having properties allowing its identification and is produced by synthesis of the DNA-sequence (40) coding an indicator molecule (5) of the artificially introduced DNA-molecule (6).
L'invention concerne une cellule souche (1) comprenant un ADN cellulaire (2) qui comprend une pluralité de séquences codant différents gènes et promoteurs autorisant des interactions ADN-protéine, au moins une molécule de protéine (3) générée par l'intermédiaire d'un stimulus spécifique (12), et au moins une molécule d'ADN (6) introduite artificiellement dans la cellule souche (1). La molécule d'ADN introduite artificiellement (6) comprend au moins une séquence de site de liaison (30) capable d'interaction avec la molécule de protéine (3), au moins une séquence d'ADN (40) codant une molécule indicatrice (5) et au moins une séquence de promoteur minimum (50), permettant l'expression génétique de la molécule indicatrice (5), de sorte que la cellule souche comporte en outre au moins une molécule indicatrice (5) à propriétés permettant son identification, et qui est produite par synthèse de la séquence d'ADN (40) codant une molécule indicatrice (5) de la molécule d'ADN introduite artificiellement (6).
