The disclosure provides a method for identifying cancer tissue sensitive to treatment with an inhibitor of Notch re-ceptor activation. The method comprises determining the level of HeyL gene expression in a sample derived from the cancer tis-sue, wherein an elevated level of HeyL gene expression alone in the sample indicates sensitivity to the cancer tissue to treatment with an inhibitor of Notch receptor activation.
La présente invention concerne une méthode permettant didentifier un tissu cancéreux sensible à un traitement avec un inhibiteur de lactivation du récepteur Notch. La méthode consiste à déterminer le niveau de lexpression du gène HeyL dans un échantillon issu du tissu cancéreux, un niveau élevé de lexpression du gène HeyL seule dans léchantillon indiquant une sensibilité du tissu cancéreux au traitement avec un inhibiteur de lactivation du récepteur Notch.
